18. Admission Transparency Statement

Admission to Medline Academy® is based on the candidate’s voluntary decision.

Before joining, candidates are expected to understand the nature of the program, class schedule, academic expectations, attendance requirements, learning commitment, fee policy, refund policy, and student conduct rules.

Students should join only after they are fully prepared to attend classes sincerely and follow the academic rules of the institution.

Medline Academy® does not encourage impulsive admissions based on pressure, panic, fake urgency, or unrealistic claims.

19. Refund & Admission Policy

The Medline Academy®️ NCLEX-RN programme is offered as one complete structured course. One fee covers every class included in the programme. There are no per-class charges, no module-wise pricing, no add-on fees, and no separate charge for revision, doubt sessions, or repeat classes. Every topic taught is part of the same NCLEX-RN syllabus and every class is included.

The applicable fee, GST, and payment details are communicated clearly before admission.

Our fees are applied uniformly to students within the same published fee period. We do not run festival discounts, seasonal offers, limited-period pricing, or individual fee negotiations.

Refund Position

Because the programme is priced as a single complete course rather than per class or per month, fees are non-refundable once classes commence.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights or remedies available to a consumer under applicable law, including where a remedy is required because of non-delivery or deficiency in service.

Compassionate Exception

Medline Academy®️ will consider a full or partial refund where a candidate is unable to continue shortly after admission due to genuine personal hardship. This may include bereavement in the immediate family, serious illness of the candidate or a dependent, loss of employment, or comparable circumstances outside the candidate’s control.

Such requests should be made in writing to info@medlinenclexrn.com, ordinarily within 30 days of the circumstance arising, with supporting documentation where available. Each request is reviewed individually by the institution. We treat these requests with discretion and without requiring the candidate to explain their situation publicly.

Where a refund is not appropriate, Medline Academy®️ may instead offer a deferral to a later batch at no additional cost, subject to institutional approval and academic feasibility.

If Medline Academy®️ Cannot Deliver

If Medline Academy®️ cancels a batch or is unable to commence a programme for which fees have been collected, the full fee is refunded.

Disclosure Requirement

Candidates must disclose any active association with another NCLEX-RN training Non-disclosure or misuse may result in restriction or withdrawal of access in accordance with the communicated admission terms and applicable law. Any refund entitlement, where applicable, will be determined under this Refund & Admission Policy and applicable law.

20. Student Conduct & Academic Integrity Policy

All students are expected to maintain academic honesty, discipline, confidentiality, and respectful conduct throughout the training program.

Students must not misuse class access, learning materials, question banks, PDFs, notes, slides, live sessions, videos, login credentials, WhatsApp groups, LMS access, or any academic resource provided by Medline Academy®.

Students are expected to attend classes personally and must not allow outsiders, friends, relatives, other students, agents, institutions, teachers, or third parties to observe, access, or use Medline Academy® academic content.

Academic access is personal, confidential, and non-transferable.

21. Prohibition on Recording, Sharing & Distribution

All live classes, notes, PDFs, question banks, LMS materials, slides, videos, access credentials, explanations, teaching methods, academic discussions, and digital learning resources provided by Medline Academy® are the intellectual property of the institution.

Students are strictly prohibited from:

Recording audio or video of any class
Screen recording any class or academic session
Screen sharing, mirroring, or storing live sessions
Copying, forwarding, distributing, uploading, selling, publishing, or sharing notes, PDFs, videos, explanations, login credentials, or academic resources
Posting or sharing Medline Academy® content on WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, websites, forums, or any other platform
Allowing any third party to attend, observe, watch, access, or use live or recorded sessions
Sharing user IDs, passwords, QBank access, LMS access, or any institutional login credentials
Using proxy attendance or allowing another person to attend on behalf of the enrolled student

Any violation of these rules may result in suspension of access, termination of enrollment, restriction from future admission, permanent disabling of login credentials, and legal action where applicable.

22. Confidentiality & Access Control Policy

Access to Medline Academy® classes, LMS, QBank, notes, PDFs, live sessions, academic resources, and digital learning materials is personal, confidential, and non-transferable.

Students must not share access with any other person.

Students must not permit relatives, friends, colleagues, agents, other institutions, teachers, or third parties to view, copy, record, distribute, or use Medline Academy® academic materials.

Violation of confidentiality or access control rules may be treated as academic misconduct, breach of institutional policy, unauthorized access, and violation of intellectual property rights.

23. Copyright & Intellectual Property Statement
